Hi! I’m Lisa, Confidence & Wellbeing Coach and Founder of the Wellbeing Hub
I have been fascinated with the mind for years and always knew I wanted to help people, but I never used to feel good enough to do so. When I was at a real low point in my life, I started to explore self-healing and my sense of ‘not feeling good enough’.
I discovered RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and loved how it really got to the root cause of my issues. It was the start of my healing and self-love journey. It made such a huge change to the way I felt about myself and I could see why I felt the way I did for all those years. I didn’t need to look for validation or compare myself anymore, as I had a new inner confidence and self-belief. It also made me self-aware about the way I talk to myself - even now I have to interrupt that inner critic, but it doesn’t take over like it used to and I’m much more compassionate to myself.
I knew then that I did have the confidence to be able to help others, like I had always wanted to. I quickly signed up to train in RTT and have been helping women like you ever since.
During lockdown my mental health and wellbeing were affected massively (like lots of you). Having never suffered with anxiety before, I felt awful. Not having any outdoor space made me really appreciate it when we would go out.
I love the simple things in life, but I started to enjoy them much more e.g. cycling, walking and sunsets. It made me revaluate my life. I wanted to be outside more and make my wellbeing a priority, especially as I have been experiencing peri-menopause symptoms for some time.
I also discovered wild swimming; if you haven’t tried it before, then you should! Myself and a couple of friends started to swim in Clevedon Marine Lake, and although it was bloody freezing, I absolutely loved it! It made me feel so alive and free and I would get in the water laughing every time. I got the bug and now go every week.
I had the desire to share the experience with others as I wanted to help other women who had also been struggling with prioritising themselves and their wellbeing as they go through peri-menopause and beyond, and so ‘The Women’s Wellbeing Hub’ was born - come and join our welcoming community of likeminded women.
I thrive on lifting people up!
I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, prioritise your wellbeing and discover your inner confidence

The Power of Community
One of the women in the group used to go to the lake and stand and watch other swimmers jumping in and laughing. She wished she could get in, but didn’t have the confidence. Her friend, who also had always wanted to try wild swimming, found our group and plucked up the courage to join us. They both absolutely loved it and come every week. It’s become a new passion for them. They conquered their fears, which has changed their lives and this has been so lovely to watch.
Other women have felt anxious to join us swimming as they are body conscious and worried about being judged in a swim suit in public. Being at the lake is full of lots of women of all ages, shapes and sizes. No one judges you, as we are all there for the same thing and that’s to get the buzz of the cold water and community. When the anxious women have stepped out of their comfort zone and joined us, they weren’t worried about being conscious as they were taking in the experience.
These women are great examples of how the Wellbeing Hub is bringing a community of like-minded women together to connect and build confidence. Supporting people to overcome their personal struggles and do things they never thought possible. Join the Women’s Wellbeing Hub Facebook Group and find out for yourself!
