Women’s Wellbeing Retreat - Somerset

Friday 27th June - Sunday 29th June

Day option available - Saturday 28th June

At the gorgeous Old Rectory House Somerset, Kilve. TA5 1EG

Join us for a transformative 2 night (day option available) retreat designed to help you embrace self-acceptance, reconnect with your true self, and find a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing. This immersive experience is crafted to nurture both body and soul, blending mindful practices, meditation, and deep relaxation in a serene, natural setting.

Throughout the weekend, you'll participate in a guided journaling session focused on self-acceptance, reflection, and growth. Meditate in tranquility as you centre your mind and deepen your connection to yourself. Connect with nature on a mindful walk, and experience the powerful release of a fire pit ceremony as you let go of self-judgment and embrace new intentions. Feel alive and free during the drumming circle, and open your heart during a traditional cacao ceremony designed to promote inner healing.

Enjoy nourishing meals and take time to relax and rejuvenate in the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. This retreat offers a perfect blend of structured activities and peaceful moments for self-reflection, all within a supportive and inspiring environment.

  • Guided journaling session centered on self-acceptance and reflection. This session will invite you to delve deeper into your inner thoughts, embrace and accept who you really are and discover what might be holding you back.

  • Gather around the fire pit for a transformative ceremony of release and renewal. In this sacred space, you’ll have the chance to let go of self-judgment, set new intentions, and embrace your journey toward self-acceptance, all within a circle of support and understanding.

  • During the ceremony, you can expect a deeply immersive experience that opens your heart and mind. The ceremony typically begins with a grounding meditation, followed by the drinking of cacao. Shamanic drumming, chants, and guided visualisations may be used to deepen the spiritual connection, allowing participants to release what no longer serves them and embrace their inner light. By the end of the ceremony, you will feel empowered, rejuvenated, and ready to shine your light on the world.

  • Join the group in a drumming circle, where the powerful rhythms of life are celebrated through ancient practices.

When you hear the beat of a drum and feel its vibrations, something deep within awakens, resonating with your core. Drumming has the power to connect us to our inner selves, aligning with the concept that the universe responds to the energy we emit. Every living being vibrates at a unique frequency, and this energetic signature shapes what we attract into our lives.

Low vibrational frequencies, tied to emotions like fear, guilt, and shame, tend to draw in negative experiences and reinforce a cycle of negativity. In contrast, high vibrational frequencies—rooted in love, joy, and abundance—help attract positive experiences, fostering wellbeing and fulfillment. Trust in the drum's rhythm to guide you toward a higher frequency, elevating your energy and creating a positive shift in your life.

  • Indulge in ultimate relaxation with a swim in the heated pool, a soak in the hot tub, or a peaceful session in the sauna followed by a refreshing cold bucket shower.

Let the warm waters and soothing heat melt away tension, detoxify your body, and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and at peace with yourself.

  • Reconnect with the grounding energy of nature on a mindful walk through beautiful surroundings. As you move through the natural landscape, you'll clear your mind, breathe deeply, and draw inspiration from the peaceful environment around you.

This walk offers the perfect opportunity to center yourself, reflect, and find a sense of calm amidst nature’s beauty.

Meet the Team

I met Lisa Jayne at a retreat in Glastonbury and was immediately drawn to her energy. After the retreat, we bonded even further as we hiked up Glastonbury Tor on a scorching hot day. As two single mums passionate about helping women, I knew I wanted to collaborate with her. As the main host of this retreat, I knew Lisa Jayne’s magic needed to be part of the experience, so others could feel the same connection I did

  • Confidence & Wellbeing Coach, RTT Practitioner

  • Somatic Healer

Lisa's journey into somatic healing began unexpectedly after a transformative retreat on the sacred land of Dartmoor. That experience unlocked deep shifts within her, inspiring a profound connection to her true self. Feeling called to share this powerful work, she now helps others release stored trauma, reclaim lost parts of themselves, and reconnect with their bodies.

Through safe, nurturing spaces, Lisa guides women to access their innate wisdom, shedding what no longer serves them and embracing the healing power of their own bodies. Her work is deeply transformative, offering profound inner shifts and lasting change.
